Club Vista has four beautiful guest suites available for your overnight guests. Two are located in Apex and two are located in Matrix.
Each suite is suitable for two people and no pets are allowed. They are $90 per night for a maximum of fourteen nights.
Each room has a queen size bed, full bath with towels, hairdryer, bar fridge, telephone, TV, alarm clock and coffee maker.
- Earliest check in time is 3:00pm, and latest check out time is 11:00am.
- Check in and out are done via Matrix 373 for Matrix Guest Suite # 1 and Matrix Guest Suite #2 booking.
- Check in and out are done via Apex 381 concierge for Apex Guest Suite # 1 and Apex Guest Suite #2 booking.
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Cleaning is done after every third night of the stay.
- Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation request is submitted seven calendar days before the first night`s stay, 100% payment received will be refunded, less a $10 adminstration fee. If cancellation request is provided inside seven calendar days, a refund will be processed IF and ONLY Club Vista is able to reallocate the guest suite to another resident.
